Very prompt response and very nicely handled my apple watch. The screen broke and apple service quoted 28k and apple store was giving 4k for buy back. Didn't have apple care + which basically meant that they won't do much. My watch was picked up and delivered within 24 hours and cost was also reasonable. Will update in a few weeks if I see anything different in the watches performance but right now I'm extremely satisfied
